The housefly (Musca domestica) is a fly of the suborder Cyclorrhapha. It possibly originated in the Middle East, and spread around the world as a commensal of humans. It is the most common fly species found in houses, food & bevergae outlets, farm, & etc. Houseflies can fly for several kilometers from their breeding places, carrying a wide variety of organisms on their hairs, mouthparts, vomitus, and feces.

Signs of Infestation

1) Presences of the flies around the premises.
2) Dark cluster
3) Maggots in waste
4) Produce a buzzing sounds which is a result of their two wings beating together.

Treatments

1) Exclusion – Proofing of doors, windows, roof vents would recomment to prevent flies entering a premises,
2) Restriction- General good housekeeping practices to remove potential fly breeding sites by our team advise.
3) Destruction – Use of the correct fly control treatment (baits, sprays, misting, full range insect fly trap & etc) for your individual circumstances.
4) Monitoring- Inspection during regular visits, repeat treatment if necessary.
